Items the quartermaster counted at or below their minimum. Mark an item Ordered once you've placed the order, or Dismiss if no action is needed.

Inventory levels: station counts request enough to reach minimums. Requested quantity: stations enter the quantity needed; minimums do not generate requests or stockroom top-ups.
